TENANTS
With a location and ambiance that are unique in the Chicago area, we acknowledge that the relationship between tenants and and management should be special as well. We believe that our tenants have every right to expect:

- Security consciousness
- Clean building and grounds
- Businesslike management
- Effective and ongoing communication
If we fall short in any area, we hope that we have established the kind of atmosphere that will permit an open dialog, and we encourage tenants to contact us at any time, for any reason.
We have some plans for making the building and our community even better, plans that may include onsite management in the future. In addition, there are some ideas in the works that might make our building even more desirable, and those ideas might include some additional construction. We will make every effort to minimize disruption, and we know you’ll be happy with the results. We’re trying not to tease, though, so if you want to know more, please just ask us!
