ABOUT US

Because we believe that our 18-unit condominium building is special, we have a vested interest in establishing and maintaining its position as a unique and sought-after community close to the University of Chicago campus. We hold the reins of management, but we hope that all our tenants will take as much pride in this living experience as we do. All we ask in return is that tenants are responsible and respectful of one another and of the property. We will expect timely payments and we, in turn, will respond quickly to ensure that any necessary repairs are made promptly and completed well, and that ongoing maintenance and new construction causes as little disruption as possible.
