Win 1737 LLC Management is a property management firm with a big difference. Our goals are threefold:
- To establish a conduit for ongoing and excellent communication with all of our building’s tenants.
- To provide a “listening ear” for all complaints and compliments from the past. We will work hard not to repeat any mistakes or continue any practices that have led to complaints. And we plan to do our best to earn your trust so that we continue to receive compliments in the future.
- To manage according to the Golden Rule. That shouldn’t be difficult. We will just treat everyone the way we would like to be treated.
We are confident that by managing in this way, our tenants will respond, and that the lifestyle in our 18-unit complex will be superb. Our long-term goals include onsite management in an effort to serve our tenants even better.
